Im Prinzip ja - aber auch eben nur im Prinzip. Leider wird an Bewohner der EU-Staaten ein spezieller EURO-Pass ausgegeben, dieser enthält NICHT die Fahrt von Stansted in die City (nachzulesen auf der Internetseite von British Rail > Community > FAQ.

Ja. Die Einschränkung gilt nur für den London Plus Pass
